The primary objective of issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is to seek information from vendors with the capability of providing a Liquid Manure Spreader. The product will be used to spread manure and sludge from the facility’s sewage treatment plant. The spreader must be able to merge with existing GEA Houle equipment.
