The primary objective of issuing this Combined Synopsis Solicitation is to seek information from vendors with the capability of providing Hitachi service agreement. The service will provide maintenance and repair services for the Hitachi HT7700 TEM; SU7000 UHR VP FESEM; and Premium Spares Upgrade.
