Statement of Work Background: The USDA-Agricultural Research Service is conducting research on Hydrangea Macrophylla for the (Nursery Crop Research Station, McMinnville, TN. Scope of Work: This project requires sampling of Hydrangea macrophylla for the USDA, ARS, Nursery Crop Research Station that includes quality sequencing data and publication-ready analysis packages for 240 samples of (Hydrangea macrophylla) to include Eukrayotic RNA-seq. (Library prep, sequencing and Analysis), (6G raw data/sample), Library Type: 250-300 bp insert cDNA library, PolyA selected, non-strand specific, Bioinfomatics: Quantitative Analysis with a turnaround time of 60 working days after receipt of library preparation confirmation from client.
