This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a further written solicitation will not be issued. The North East Area (NEA) is issuing 12305B-19-S-NDL as a Request for quotations and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2019-02. The Beltsville Area Research Center (BARC) has a requirement/need to establish an IDIQ for Pick-up Services. The award will be for the period starting approximately September 01 2019 thru August 31, 2020 for a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ type contract. With the potential for four additional Option Years. The Details and specifications for the work shall be per the attached SOW. Orders will be placed by the issuance of Task Orders. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561499; small business size standard is $15.0 Mill. DELIVERY TO: USDA-ARS-BARC, Beltsville, MD. This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced.
