This project is for the pumping of vault toilets and septic tanks at various recreation locations on the Allegheny National Forest. Contractor shall furnish, on a call when needed basis, toilet pumping services which includes all equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump, wash down, recharge, cleanup, disinfect, and dispose of all waste products removed from the toilets, in accordance with the following contract specifications and in accordance with State and Federal regulations. The number of days and exact dates on which services will be required cannot be predetermined.
