Scope of Contract - The project consists of completing road maintenance and reconstruction Items the Major Work Includes: 1. Removal and installation of new and existing drainage culverts that exist near major Oil and Gas pipeline Infrastructure. Additional Excavation, and Pollution control Items# 15720, 20456 for working near underground utilities. Skilled operators are required with training and experience in working around underground utilities. The contractor is required to provide a "Pollution Prevention Plan", and have all tools and materials available to manage and control any potential spill. The contractor must work with Oil and Gas operators to identify Infrastructure. 2. Reconditioning the roadway template, and reconstructing all drainage features including ditch lines, culvert inlets/outlets, tail ditches, lead outs. 3. Placing and compacting road base and surface aggregate. 4. Seeding and mulching all disturbed areas.
