Allegheny NF Lite Trail Maintenance IDIQ Perform Inspections and light maintenance on designated ATV trails on the Marienville and Bradford Ranger Districts within the Allegheny National Forest. 211 - Inspection/Reporting • Summer season inspections and maintenance Each of the 5 months from May through September Between the 1st and the 15th of the month • Winter season inspections and maintenance Each of the 4 months from December through March Between the 1st and the 15th of the month • Additional Inspection and Maintenance Services as needed line items will be called out by the COR in the event of severe weather events outside of normal scheduled inspection and maintenance. Scope of work will remain the same using the same equipment and number of employees. Number of hours required will be negotiated and agreed to prior to work starting. Line item hourly pricing must include all labor, materials and equipment costs. 212 - Maintenance • All maintenance work identified by the inspection may not be included within the scope of this contract to be completed by the Contractor • Maintenance may be done at the same time and in conjunction with the inspection • Maintenance may be done later within the 15 day work period if more tools, time or help are needed • All maintenance work within the scope of this contract will be completed by the last day of the 15-day maintenance period for each month. • Maintenance work included within the scope of this contract and to be performed by the Contractor is: PROPOSALS ARE DUE 03/22/2019 @ 2:00PM VIA EMAIL TO azero@fs.fed.us
