The Contractor shall provide everything--including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, insurances, permits and supervision--necessary to deliver and dump aggregate except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. The Supplier shall deliver gravel to four project sites—Pemi East Side Road, Discovery Trail, Hales Location and Falls Pond Road, all four sites are located in New Hampshire. Pemi East Side Road is off the Lincoln Woods Parking area which is located on the Kancamagus Highway, 5 miles from Exit 32, off I-93 in Lincoln, NH. The Discovery Trail is another 1.2 miles East off the Kancamagus Highway. Falls Pond Road is accessed off Bear Notch Road, Albany, NH. Hales Location, Forest Road 379, is located 3.5 miles down High Road off Passaconway Road in Conway, NH. All distances are approximate, see attached maps.
