This solicitation is to remove and dispose of all floor tile which is suspected of containing asbestos from the Dolly Copp Campground Gate House. This facility is located at Dolly Copp Campground in Martin's Location, NH. The facility contains approximately 170 sq. ft. of floor tile. A few loose pieces were picked up and placed in plastic bags also need to be disposed of. The facility has electricity, but no running water. Contractor shall be a Licensed Asbestos Abatement Contractor certified by the State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) Asbestos Management and Control Program and shall follow all requirements of New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules Chapter ENV-A 1800 Asbestos Management and Control. This includes providing Clearance Air Sampling/Testing by an independent industrial hygienist prior to completion of the project and this shall be documented with a copy provided to the Forest Service. Contractor shall dispose of all materials as required by NHDES at a Certified Asbestos Disposal Site.
