The scope of this project will include the draw down pond, install erosion controls, construct temporary cofferdam, excavate work area down to ledge on pond side of the dam, detach wooden overflow structure and move to make way for new wall reconstruction, sandblast existing concrete where new concrete is to be placed, prepare existing concrete for repairs and new concrete pour, place proposed 18" PVC pipe inside existing 24" CMP pipe, grout in with flowable fill, form and pour new concrete wall with water stops, coat top of new existing secondary spillway walls, backfill excavated area and fill in low spots and uneven areas along the crest of the dam, sand and repaint railings, loam, seed and mulch disturbed areas and slope stabilization though vegetative growth. Project work slated to begin on September 1, 2019. The government estimates this project to be between $25,000 and $150,000 A complete solicitation package will be posted to FBO on or before June 4, 2019.
