This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued The solicitation number is being issued as a Request for Quote No. 1205M620Q0061 and the solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020 dated 05-06-2020. This procurement is 100% percent set aside for small business and the NAICS code for this procurement is 115210 and the small business size standard is $8.0 million.
