R6 Contracting North intends to do a single award for a base plus option years contract to provide trail maintenance for the east side of the Three Rivers Ranger District, Colville National Forest. The objective of this contract is to provide safe public access on the trails while preventing resource and facility damage. See Attachment A for project information. Amendment No. 2 extends the closing date for receipt of quotes to June 23, 2020 at 2:00 pm PST. All else remains the same. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued The solicitation number is being issued as a Request for Quote No. 1205M620Q0054 and the solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020 dated 05-06-2020. This procurement is 100% percent set aside for small business and the NAICS code for this procurement is 115310 and the small business size standard is $8 million. See Attachment B for the Schedule of Items for line items and quantities of this project. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items (MAR 2020) applies to this acquisition along with any addenda to the provision and the provisions of FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Offers– Commercial Items (OCT 2014) apply to this acquisition and evaluation criteria are specified (Attachment C) Offerors to include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (MAR 2020) with the offer.
