The Contractor shall provide janitorial services for the Olympic National Forest, Pacific Ranger District Office in Forks, Washington, in accordance with the specifications contained in the solicitation, using commercial practices in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Except for property listed under “Government-furnished Property,” the Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the required janitorial services in accordance with the requirements and provisions herein. Olympic National Forest, Pacific Ranger District, Forks Office is located at 437 Tillicum Lane, Forks WA 98331. No Pre Bid Meeting will be held. Project quoters are advised to visit the project site prior to submitting a quote. From U.S. Hwy. 101 northbound from Hoquiam, Washington, proceed approximately 104 miles to Forks, Washington. The office is on the right. This is a 1 year contract with 4 Option Years. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business.
