The Contractor shall provide janitorial services for the Olympic National Forest, Pacific Ranger District Office in Quinault, Washington, in accordance with the specifications contained in the solicitation, using commercial practices in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Except for property listed under “Government-furnished Property,” the Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the required janitorial services in accordance with the requirements and provisions herein. Olympic National Forest, Pacific Ranger District, Quinault Office 353 South Shore Road Quinault, WA 98575. No Pre Bid Meeting will be held. Project quoters are advised to visit the project site prior to submitting a quote. From U.S. Hwy. 101 northbound from Hoquiam, Washington, proceed approximately 38 miles to South Shore Road - Quinault. Turn right and proceed approximately two miles. The office is on the left.
