SCOPE OF WORK This project consists of providing all labor, material, and equipment to remove and dispose of existing man doors on buildings 1000 and 1001. Install new fiberglass doors, and screen doors. Refurbish overhead garage doors by removing rust; install paint, seal to exterior weather. Install approx. 90’ rain gutter. Remove concrete and asphalt driveway and sidewalk. Grade slope away from building. Install new concrete driveway and sidewalk. Install new interior and exterior duplex receptacles and light fixtures. Install new chimney flashing on building 1000. A Payment Bonding will be required for any contract over $35,000.
