SCOPE OF WORK This project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment to demolish existing walls, window, carpet, and base, complete, including doors, electrical and IT outlets. Construct new metal stud, sheetrock walls with noise reducing insulation, electrical and IT data outlets. Reuse existing doors and frames where possible. Paint new walls, and install new carpet and rubber base. Reuse existing electrical lines, breakers, CAT6 IT cables where possible. PROJECT LOCATION Project is located at the Headquarter Office located at 765 S. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. A Payment Bonding will be required for any contract over $35,000. The solicitation will be posted around June 28th 2019. The desired start of work is soon after contract award with a contract duration of 45 days.
