The Solicitation closing date is not extended. The Gifford Pinchot National Forest intends to acquire by contract stand examination data collection activities in the Yellowjacket Creek and Camp Creek/Cispus River subwatersheds located on the Cowlitz Valley Ranger District. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct stand examinations in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 115310- Support Activities for Forestry. The corresponding size standard is $7.5 million. Offerors will be evaluated on technical capability (experience), past performance, capacity to accomplish work on time and price. The Contract will be awarded to the offeror whose submittal, in compliance with the solicitation, is the best value to the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the government. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a contract. Lack of registration in the SAM Database will render an offeror ineligible for award.
