We need biological acoustic recorders to support an expansion of a regional passive bioacoustics monitoring program. This monitoring is a regional high priority and part of the Northwest Forest Plan (NWFP) Interagency Monitoring Program. This program has made prior sole source purchases from the company below, and has utilized their unique product for the last 3 field seasons. 3. Statutory Authority.
