The USDA Forest Service, Gifford Pinchot National Forest is soliciting offers for securing services for the rental/lease of a Front End Loader, 3 yard, approximately 20,650 GVWR for work on the Cowlitz Valley Ranger District and the Mount Saint Helen's National Volcanic Monument. Estimated delivery date is March 18, 2019 and equipment will be rented until October 1, 2019. When the equipment is delivered and picked up for return, the rental company will need to offload and/or load the equipment from the transportation vehicle. Equipment shall be delivered and picked up at the Cowlitz Valley Ranger District Office Compound located at 418 Silverbrook Road, Randle, WA 98377. The applicable NAICS code is 532412 - Construction, Mining, and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the government. In accordance with FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a contract. Lack of registration in the SAM Database will render an offeror ineligible for award. SAM replaced the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
