The Colville National Forest, Colville, Washington, intends to acquire by contract Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance for the Colville National Forest, Supervisor’s Office, in Colville, Washington. This solicitation will result in a fixed price service contract for one year, with four one-year option periods. Period for performance is from August 01, 2020, to July 31, 2021. The government will proceed to issue a solicitation for commercial service as a Request for Quotes, under FAR Part 12. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Offerors will be evaluated on price, experience, and past performance. Contract award will be to the offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is the best value to the government Service Contract Labor Standards wage rates apply to any resulting contract. The proposed contract-type is fixed price. This solicitation will be available on, or about, MAR 16, 2020. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the government. Prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Lack of registration in the SAM on the part of the offeror will render a quoter ineligible for award.
