Relocate existing CXT toilet and vault from Mill Pond Campground to Moon Flats Dispersed camping area; remove old wood toilet and vault; and backfill vault voids at Mill Pond Campground. Work includes site prep, transport, placement, backfill, and grading, and removal. Project is located in Pend Oreille County on, Sullivan Lake Ranger District in North Eastern Washington State. Mill Pond Campground is located approximately 1.3 miles northeast (NE) of the Sullivan Lake RD on the south (S) side of Sullivan Lake Road. Moon Flats is located 2 miles past Mill Pond on the south side of Sullivan Lake Road. The contract performance period is APR 08, 2019, thru APR 19, 2019. The government will proceed to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) solicitation. Acquisition is a total small business set-aside. A bid guarantee, performance bond, nor payment bond are required. Wage Rates Requirement (Construction), formerly known as the Davis Bacon Act wage rates, apply. The proposed contract-type is firm-fixed price. This solicitation will be available on, or about, MAR 19, 2019. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237110 and the annual size standard is $3.5 million. Prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
