This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplements with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The Colville National Forest requires toilet pumping services throughout the Forest. The services will be located in Ferry, Pend Oreille and Steven Counties, Washington, located in the NE portion of Washington State. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specification and provisions and clauses of the contract. The Contractor shall have a current sewage pumper certification authorized by Northeast Tri County Health District. There will be four bid items on the solicitation. There may be multiple awards from the solicitation (one award per item). The resultant contract(s) will be an indefinite quantity contract(s). Task orders will be issued when funding and work becomes available. The contract will have a base and three one-year options periods. The field work is estimated to will in June and end in May each year. The procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the Federal Biobased Products Preferred Procurement Program. The acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 562991 and size standard is $7.5 million.
