This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is 12052118S0011 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 335122. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price service contract for this requirement. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Washington State University 639 Hastings Hill Rd, Pomeroy WA 99347 has a requirement for LED Lighting Requirement: 52 each, - 600W LED Greenhouse fixtures, full spectrum greenhouse grow lights with lighting control. Must provide spec sheet for any fixture quoted. The lights must provide a minimum output of 2.5 UMOL/ Joule, with a S4 spectrum. The lights must operate on voltages of 110 to 277 volts. Dimming 0 to 10 volts. Lifetime to L90 >54,000hours IP Rating 65 Each offeror shall include their proposed delivery schedule (in days after award) as part of their quotation.
