The purpose of this contract is to acquire janitorial services at the Tiller Ranger Station Compound, for the Umpqua National Forest for the period of Base year 5/01/2020 through 4/30/2021 with four option years. The Contractor shall provide these services in strict compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions and provisions contained herein. 1.1 LOCATION Tiller Ranger Station, 27812 Tiller Trail Hwy, Tiller Oregon 97484, Umpqua National Forest. Tiller Ranger Station is located in a rural area approximately 52 miles from Roseburg, Oregon. See attached vicinity map. Office Building No 2008 (OB), approximately 7,585 sq. ft- First floor and basement. Riverside Retreat Conference Building No. 2115 (RS), approximately 1,056 sq. ft.-1 floor. Exercise Room and Crew House Building No. 22035 (ECH), approximately 808 sq. ft. Locker/Shower Room Building 2618 (LSB), approximately 2,797 sq. ft. History House Building 1056 (HH), approximately 800 sq. ft (monthly, and 6-month cleaning only, see Sections 3.3h and 3.5a).
