SCOPE OF CONTRACT The purpose of this contract is to acquire services for Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance on the Service Center compound, for the Umpqua National Forest. The work consists of mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and irrigation system maintenance and monitoring for a base year and 4 option periods. Estimated start date is 2/15/2020 LOCATION Umpqua National Forest Service Center, 2691 NE Diamond Lake Boulevard, Roseburg, Oregon 97470 See attached drawing for maintenance areas within the compound. CONTRACTOR’S OBLIGATIONS Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, labor, supervision and transportation (except that listed as Government-furnished) required to complete the work. The Landscape Contractor must have a current Landscape Contractor’s license from the State of Oregon. The Landscape Contractor shall have an experienced work supervisor on site at all times when landscape work is underway. Note: Prospective awardees shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.sam.gov. All registrations must be in an “Active status” for the government to download electronically prior to contract award.
