The intent of this contract is to provide Temporary Traffic Control for the Fishhole Road (FSR 3790) Chipseal Project and the adjacent state highway during construction and aggregate haul. The work includes providing a stamped Temporary Traffic Control plan, State Oregon Department of Transportation permit, all traffic control devices and staff to comply with standard and Forest Service Special Specifications. The project is located on the Bly Ranger District, Fremont-Winema National Forest. The Contractor shall be required to commence work under this contract on July 20, 2020, prosecute the work diligently, and complete the entire work by August 7, 2020. Quoters must ensure registration in the System for Award Management database at https://www.sam.gov prior to any contract award.
