The U.S. Forest Service is soliciting an RFQ for stream, snorkel and spawning survey services on the Rogue River-Siskiyou and Umpqua National Forests. This will result in a firm-fixed-price and indefinite-delivery requirements (ID/R) type contract. When work is needed, the Government will issue task orders identifying the period of performance and actual quantities of services required. Utilization of the requirements contract has been determined to be appropriate for acquiring stream survey needs because the Government anticipates recurring requirements, but cannot predetermine the precise quantities that will be ordered during the contract period. The resulting contract’s period of performance to issue task orders is from 1 June 2020 to 31 May 2023.
