The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform janitorial services for the Fremont Winema National Forest, Silver Lake Ranger Station, 65600 Highway 31, Silver Lake, OR. This service includes the Silver Lake Ranger Station Office and District Fire Cache (Building 2612). This procurement requires the use of Biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. The products should first be acquired from the USDA designated products categories. Background investigations are required for janitorial personnel. The anticipated contract period is November 1, 2019 through October 31, 2020 with four (4) possible option years to follow. Offers are due October 21, 2019 by 4 p.m., PST.
