This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Amendment 1 - Medium weight T-posts are no longer acceptable. The Government will only accept heavy weight T-posts. Amendment 2 - The heavy weight t-posts do not need to be ASTM certified. Amendment 3 - Class 1 galvanized barbed and barbless wire is acceptable. A liner inside the oil field stem pipe is unacceptable. Amendment 4 - FAR clauses 52.222-19, 52.225-1, and 52.225-13 are added to the solicitation. (1) The solicitation number is 1204R419Q0024. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12 & 13. (2) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. (3) This requirement is set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 332618 - Other Fabricated Wire Product Manufacturing. The small business size standard for NAICS 332618 is 500 employees. (4) Schedule of items: a) Barbed wire, 2-point, 12.5 gauge, galvanized, 4" or 5" spacing, 1320"/roll. The Government requires 348 Rolls. b) Barbless wire, 12.5 gauge, galvanized, 1320"/roll. The Government requires 116 Rolls c) T-Post, 5.5", studded, heavy weight (1.33). The Government requires 10,208. d) Oil Field Stem Pipe, 2 - 7/8, 30ft+ stick. The Government requires 261. (5) Delivery for FOB destination. Delivery to 303 Highway 31, Paisley, OR 97636 on May 31, 2019. (6) FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (7) Include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with quote.
