The Fremont-Winema National Forest will solicit a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a contractor to provide conifer tree climbing and conifer cone collection. This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed-price requirements type contract. When work is needed, the Government will issue task orders identifying the period of performance and quantities of services required. Quoters must ensure registration in the System for Award Management database at https://www.sam.gov prior to any contract award.
