This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a complete package is attached for offerors to return. PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: The following provisions and clauses are hereby incorporated into this RFQ by reference; (full text of the clauses may be accessed electronically at www.arnet.gov/far/): FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (OCT 2018) and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (OCT 2018). The following provisions and clauses are hereby incorporated into this RFQ in full text: FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Items (OCT 2014), FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (OCT 2018) and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items (JAN 2019). The project is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is 561720 and the small business size standard for the code is $18 million average receipts over the past three years. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform janitorial services for the Willamette National Forest, Detroit Ranger Station, 44125 N Santiam Hwy, Detroit, Oregon 97342. This service includes the Administrative Office, Gym, Fire Warehouse and Warehouse Office Crew Room. This procurement requires the use of Biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. The products should first be acquired from the USDA designated products categories. Background investigations are required for janitorial personnel. The anticipated contract period is May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020 with two (2) option years. Offers are due March 26, 2019 by 4 p.m., PST.
