Scope of Contact: The objective is to gather vegetation information from 887 plots established in stands on the Forest using the U.S. Forest Service Common Stand Exam Protocols, using an electronic portable data recorder to collect the data and a GPS unit to document plot location. Location: Operations shall be confined to lands within the Middle Fork Ranger District, of the Willamette National Forest. Note: prospective awardees MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a Federal Government Contract.
