Description: The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to secure Janitorial Services at the Gold Beach Ranger District on the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. The Gold Beach Ranger District is located at 29279 Ellensburg Ave, Gold Beach, Oregon. Services will require the contractor to furnish all labor, supplies (except those that are government-furnished), materials, equipment, supervision, transportation and incidentals to perform the required work in accordance with the specifications. The contract performance period is estimated to be May 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 for the base year with four (4) option years, if exercised by the Government, not to exceed 12/31/2023. This project is 100% set-asde for Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720 and the small business size standard is 18 Million.
