The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to secure Janitorial Services at the Lakeview Interagency Fire Center, Fremont-Winema National Forest. The Lakeview Interagency Fire Center is located at 1000 South 9th Street, Lakeview, OR. Services will require the contractor to furnish all labor, supplies (except those that are government-furnished), materials, equipment, supervision, transportation and incidentals to perform the required work in accordance with the specifications. The contract performance period is estimated to be March 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 for the base year with four (4) option years, if exercised by the Government, not to exceed 12/31/2023. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720 and the small business size standard is $18 Million.
