The purpose of this contract is to secure audiometric testing to determine if employees are experiencing any loss of hearing associated with their jobs. Hearing conservation training is required also and needs to be provided at the hearing testing appointment. Offeror must have a mobile unit with a testing lab inside that can travel to 7 different locations for testing. The offeror must also have a local Central Oregon office that employees can visit if they need to make up a missed appointment or be tested again. Performance is at 7 different Forest Service office locations in Central Oregon.
