This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), performance-based service contract spanning 5 years. The estimated quantity shown in the Schedule of Services is not a representation that the estimated quantity will be required or ordered, the Government cannot predetermine the precise quantities that will be ordered during the contract period. Task Orders will be completed and issued with Actual Quantities throughout the period. All delivery orders or task orders are subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. In the event of conflict between a delivery order or task order and this contract, the contract shall take precedence. This solicitation is for the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest within the Blue Mountain Area. The contractor shall furnish everything necessary to perform this contract including, but not limited to, all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals. The appropriate current State Pesticide Applicator’s license shall be required for herbicide application.
