Summary: Contractor shall provide fence removal and/or construction on the La Grande Ranger District, and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications and clauses of this contract. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals except those items, if any, listed as Government-furnished property. This will be a firm fixed price contract. *Contractor shall provide all labor equipment mobilization and supervision to construct the fence and gates. All material with the exception of rock for rock jacks/cribs will be supplied by the Forest Service. Rock will be sourced from onsite locations along the fence. Requirements: Contractor shall submit with their quote a quality control plan, listing of crew size, type of equipment, experience questionnaire (attached), and any other technical information for this project.
