Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The USDA Forest Service is reopening an onboarding process for its West Zone Potable & Gray Water Truck/Handwashing Station requirement, specifically for the Pacific Northwest Region. This is not a new procurement but an amendment to an existing Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA) for fire and all-hazard incident support. The performance of services is for Region 6 - Pacific Northwest Region ONLY. The evaluation criteria, terms, conditions, and period of performance for any new awards will be identical to the original solicitation. Both new offerors and existing IBPA awardees may submit quotes or modify their agreements during this open season onboarding period.
