The US Forest Service has a need for a new land lease in the Cottage Grove area to support the restoration efforts of the Whitebark Pine, which has recently been listed under the Endangered Species Act. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Delineated Area (see attached map): North: Highway 58: From Goshen to Pleasant Hill HW 222 and HW 58 junction, to; East: Papenfus Creek/Cloverdale down I-5: Pleasant Hill HW 222 and HW 58 junction to Row River Nature Park, to; South: Latham: Row River Nature Park to HW 99 and Latham Road intersection, to; West: Cottage Grove to Camas Swale to Goshen: From HW 99 and Latham Road intersection to NW tip of Camas Swale Creek to Goshen.
