Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for the United States Department of Agriculture that expires on 9/30/2020 in Douglas County, WA at the Badger Mountain Radio Relay Site. The Government requires land for a communication site and related space yielding a maximum of 100’ x 100’ area of land. The space must be located on Badger Mountain and be contiguous. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 09/03/2020. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
