Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for the United States Department of Agriculture that expires on 11/30/2022 in Naches, Washington and the Naches Ranger District. The government requires 12,545 RSF of office space and 10,799 RSF of warehouse space. The space must be contiguous, within the urban growth boundary of Naches, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 07/21/2021. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
