This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 1204GRFQ-DW-13 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-02. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 237310. This requirement is for provide the Forest Service with independent Quality Assurance (QA) Sampling and testing services of stabilized base and Asphalt Concrete (AC) surfacing during a separate construction contract that the forest is procuringan appraisal report for the market value of the fee estate of vacant land.
