This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 1204GRFQ-DW-11 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-02. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far. There is no small business set. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 531320. This requirement is for an appraisal report for the market value of the fee estate of vacant land. Offerors must include descriptive literature with their offers. Solicitation provision of FAR 2.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jun 2020) is hereby incorporated by reference. The government will evaluate bids in response to the solicitation and award to the offeror whose proposal is technically acceptable and whose technical/cost relationship is the most advantageous to the Government. Offerors are reminded to include a complete copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Jun 2020), with its offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Oct 2018) is hereby incorporated by reference. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Jul 2020), is hereby incorporated by reference.
