This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 1204GG20B0002 and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. This is Set-aside for Small Business Only, with an associated NAICS code 811420. See page 2 of attached document for Schedule of Items. Price should include return shipping. Seats will be shipped directly to vendor once award is issued. Delivery date for items being serviced is no later than 45 days after award. Offerors must submit ALL required submittals to be considered for award. One award will be made to a single vendor. Quotes and all submittals are due on March 13, 2020 by 4:00pm (pst).
