The Fremont-Winema National Forest is in need of an on a call-when-needed-basis, toilet pumping services which includes all equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump, wash down, recharge, cleanup, disinfect, and dispose of all waste products removed from the vault toilets at various locations throughout the forest.

It is not a request for quotes and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The Government will not provide any reimbursement for responses submitted in response to this Source Sought notice. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. The purpose of this announcement is to perform market research to gain knowledge of potentially qualified small businesses. The USDA Forest Service is seeking to identify any qualified small business capable of providing Vault pumping toilet service at various Ranger Districts throughout the Fremont-Winema National Forest. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to supply are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 4:00PM MST on Friday, April 4, 2025.
