Contractor shal... The LaGrande Livestock Water Development Project involves construction or reconstruction of 25 water developments. The project is to start in 2024 and be completed on November 1, 2025. Contractor shall supply all equipment, transportation, personnel, tools and supervision to construct all water developments and associated exclosure fencing. All materials will be located at the LaGrande Ranger District. The contractor will be responsible to pick and haul materials to the project site from the LaGrande Ranger District.
