The purpose of this requirement is to secure equipment and services for the mechanical piling of commercial harvest generated slash to accomplish fuels reduction on the Naches Ranger District on the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. While adhering to the residual fuel loading specs, excess slash throughout each unit, identified in the Schedule of Items, will be piled in a manner for full consumption when pile burning.
