FS is issuing this synopsis in accordance with FAR Part 5.204 Pre-Solicitation Notice. Description: This project is to provide trail maintenance services at Colville National Forest, WA. The work will be performed on the Three Rivers Range District, East Side on the Colville National Forest. Refer to attached PWS. The objective of this contract is to provide safe public access on the trails while preventing resource and facility damage, performing all work to the standards found in the Forest Service Stand Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Trials (September 1996, EM-7720-103 2005 revision). Using metric measurements remains the national standard. Place of Performance: Colville National Forest, WA Competitive Acquisition: It is anticipated that this will be a competitive acquisition 100% set-aside for small business participation. Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance is Base Period 06/02/2023 thru 12/31/2023 Option Year 1 01/01/2024 thru 12/23/2024 Option Year 2 01/01/2025 thru 12/31/2025 Base Period Start date may change based on final award date.
