The Contrac... DESCRIPTION OF WORK The contractor shall complete services in accordance with the requirements specified herein for fence repair and replacement activities on the Mt. Hood National Forest. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct seed orchard fence repair and replacement. PROJECT LOCATION The project is located in Section 13 Township 1 North, Range 9 East, W.M., also known as Dee Seed Orchard. Accessibility may be determined from maps, which will be furnished by the Forest Service (see Attachments). Contractor shall be responsible for adhering to the USDA Forest Service travel management plan, including yearlong or seasonal closures to motor vehicles, unless authorization is obtained. The general project areas may be reached by State and County roads as shown on vicinity and projects maps. The Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) may restrict use of any road when such use of the road will damage resources. PERIOD F PERFORMANCE The project is scheduled to begin in late September 30th, 2020, and be completed within 120 days after effective date of the Notice to Proceed. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of site. If this project cannot begin this fall or early winter due to weather conditions, it can begin next spring, 2021
