The USDA Forest Service will AWARD a contract for the folling services. This contract involves several fire systems to be inspected/certified as required annually at the following locations: Mt. St. Helen’s National Volcanic Monument Headquarters (HQ), Johnston Ridge Observatory (JRO), Coldwater Science and Learning Center (SLC), Coldwater Lake (CL), Coldwater Maintenance Shop (CMS), and Coldwater Housing (CH). At the conclusion of each inspection/certification, the Contractor must provide report summaries of each inspection/certification, applicable to each location. Each inspection/certification refers to, at minimum, those related to the fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, backflow assemblies, and fire extinguishers The TARGET date for this work to be comleted is July 1,2020 - September 30, 2020. Due to the current shelter in place restrictions, the actual time this work can be performed can not be determined. The period of Performance for this contract will be open until 9/30/2020 and will be re-evaluated at that time if the restrictions are still in place. Note: Quotes should include, at a minimum, Completed Form SF-1449 (Fill out and sign form 1449, Contractor Information, signed and dated. Completed Schedule of Items Information necessary to demonstrate capability as outlines in FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-commercial items. This includes but is not limited to: i. Experience questionnaire provided. Completed responses to Representations certification, paragraph (b) (FAR 52.212-3),Required when making certifications available to this RFQ that are different then entity’s SAM profile.
